FAQ

Why the colors are varies from what I see in the computer?
The color of the products may vary slightly from actual product due to monitor display settings.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Maybank transfer only.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.

Do you ship to an international address?
No.
Postal charges to be paid by buyer (West Malaysia : RM6 East Malaysia : RM8)

What is Free Size?
Free Size, in other words, means One-Size-Fits-All. This is possible as most clothing use fabric that stretches. Stretchable fabric usually come with two measurements - before and after the garment is fully stretched. We usually recommend the best sizes to fit comfortably into the garment. However, as perceptions of sizes can vary, it is strongly recommended to match the measurements of the garment with your body to determine accurate fit.

How do I measure myself?
Bust: With a measuring tape, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, and then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Low Waist: Wrap tape measure about 1 - 2" below your natural waistline.
Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

How do I care for my items?
In order to increase the longevity and maintain the appearance of your garments, all clothing items should be hand washed with gentle laundry soap. Please avoid using bleach as bleach is very harsh on fabric and will cause fibers to breakdown. It is best to hang clothing to air dry.

How do I track my item’s delivery status?
After you have made your payment, a track Number will be email to you for tracking purposes. Then, wait for 1 or 2 days for Pos Laju delivery. You may also track your items locations at http://www.pos.com.my/v1/?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm or call Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1300 300 300.Please take note that we’ll only deliver on EVERY SATURDAY.

Do you accept returns?
No we don’t. All item purchased are not exchangeable or refundable.

What is the quality of the clothes like?

The quality of the clothes is out of our control as the supplier only shows us the pictures of the clothes. If we find that the quality is less satisfactory, we’ll sell it at almost the cost price to cover our cost.
